In more details, the metallic wound yarn is wound by starting winding from a position nearer to a final end than to a tip so as to be prevented from being hooked to the tip of the foot part from the fishing rod, and adjusting a rough interval so as to let the metallic wound yarn cross on the foot part, and a winding stop agent covers the wound metallic wound yarn and directly adheres to a surface of a fastening part.
