    • The present invention concerns an inverse treatment planning system. The system includes, at least a data bus system (102), a memory (106) coupled to the data bus system (102), and a processing unit (104) coupled to the data bus system (102). The processing unit (104) is configured to execute the instructions to pre-compute (10) a set of individual dose shots (aj), each individual dose shot having a predetermined location inside and/or outside a target area, a size and a shape. The processing unit also associates (40) a weight (sj) to each individual dose shot (aj), based on one or more constraints (20). The processing unit (104) further executes the instructions to find (30) the sparsest subset of individual dose shots, so as to satisfy said one or more constraints (20).

    • PURPOSE: A hybrid phantom apparatus for a volumetric modulated arc therapy is provided to be capable of being carried and to measure an amount of radiation irradiating a specific spot by changing different kinds of detectors, thereby measuring the amount of radiation by remarkably reducing a measurement error according to the kind of a detector. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid phantom apparatus (10) for a volumetric modulated arc therapy is a phantom apparatus for measuring an amount of radiation irradiating a specific spot. The hybrid phantom apparatus includes a case (20), a body (30), a measurement groove unit and a plug member. The case having a cylindrical shape includes an accepting space inside, and one side of the case is opened. The body is made of the same material as the case and is accepted to the accepting space in an attachable and detachable manner. The measurement groove unit is included in the body and is concavely formed to a length direction of the body. A detector (100) measures an amount of radiation irradiating the body by being combined to the measurement groove unit in a sliding manner. The plug member includes a sensor installing unit having a groove shape which accepts the detector.
