A trimming method is performed on a film insert molding with a film material adhering to a face of a resin molding and extending beyond a periphery edge of the resin molding. A blast gun facing the face with the film adhering to it blasts ice slurry of a required concentration toward the vicinity of the periphery edge of the resin molding to remove the unnecessary portion of the film material extending beyond the periphery edge of the resin molding.

摘要： A film sheet which has a polymer layer formed of a coating solution is drawn from a balk roll and transported toward a rubbing apparatus. Thereby, first and second blowers sequentially disposed respectively apply to the polymer layer an air of temperature 45null2null C. and humidity 50%-60%, and an air of temperature 25null1null C. and humidity 30%-35%. Thus, damages which occurred in transporting and rolling the film sheet are removed. Thereafter, a rubbing action is performed to the film sheet such that the polymer layer has alignment. Then a liquid crystal layer is formed on the polymer layer, to obtain an optical compensation film.

摘要： The invention is directed to an apparatus for continuous fabrication of laminates comprising several layers of at least partially resin impregnated material webs which are extruded together. The material webs are taken off supply coils in the take off units and are subsequently stacked upon each other. The stacked material webs are then extruded into a laminate web in a double band press with application of area pressure and possibly heat. The laminate web is subsequently further processed in a grinding and cooling arrangement located downstream of the double band press, which consists of a grinding station and cooling station combined into one single device. Downstream of the grinding and cooling arrangement is a reel up arrangement for winding the laminate web upon supply coils or a transverse cutting station for subdivision of the laminate web into plates or panels.
