    • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Disazopigmenten der allgemeinen Formel (I) oder einem Gemisch besagter Disazopigmente durch Azokupplung, worin R 1 und R 2 gleich oder verschieden sind and Wasserstoff, C l -C 4 -Alkyl, C l -C 4 Alkoxy, C I -C 5 -Alkoxycarbonyl, Nitro, Cyano, Halogen, Phenoxy oder Trifluormethyl bedeuten; D 1 und D 2 gleich oder verschieden sind und einen aromatischen Heterocyclus aus der Gruppe Benzimidazol, Benzimidazolon, Benzimidazolthion, Benzoxazol, Benzoxazolon, Benzothiazolon, Indazol, Phthalimid, Naphthalimid, Benzotriazol, Chinolin, Benzodiazine, Phenmorpholin, Phenmorpholinon, Benzo[c,d]indolon, Benzimidazo[1 ,2-a]pyrimidon, Carbazol and Indol bedeuten; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bei der Azokupplung anfallende Kupplungsprodukt einem Finish in organischem Lösemittel bei alkalischem pH oder in wässrig-organischem Lösemittel bei neutralem oder alkalischem pH unterworfen wird.

    • Pulverulent azoic pigments having improved rheologic properties are used in lacquer systems based on alkyd/melamine, acryl/melamine, acrylate/isocyanate or polyester/isocyanate of the conventional type as well as the more modern art of ''high solids'' on which there is applied before, during or after finish, from 1 to 20% by weight of the active substance of a lacquer additive of the polyurethane series produced by reacting polyisocyanates comprising further free isocyanate groups and based on toluylen-diisocyanate, hexamethylendiisocyanate or mixtures thereof with (1) aliphatic mono- or polyhydroxy carbon acid-alkyl-C1-C20-esters (with a polycondensation grade comprised between 2 and 50, (2) polyethylene glycols (with a molar weight comprised between 500 and 1500) and (3) saturated or unsaturated heterocyclics with 5 or 6 members containing at least one nitrogen atom in the ring and reactive amino- or hydroxy alkyl-C1-C6 groups, until all isocyanate groups have disappeared. The invention also relates to the production and utilization of said pigments for pigmenting lacquer systems.

    • A jet reflector servovalve includes a flexure tube and reflector that opposes a fluid nozzle and fluid receivers of the servovalve. During operation, the nozzle directs a pressurized fluid jet toward the reflector. The pressurized fluid travels within a second stage of the servovalve, toward the reflector. The reflector directs or reflects the fluid back toward the fluid receivers to adjust a position of a spool of the servovalve. The configuration of the reflector, the nozzle, and the receivers allows transmission of the pressurized fluid within the second stage of the servovalve and minimizes the necessity for multiple o-rings between the second stage of the servovalve and a torque motor of the servovalve, thereby reducing manufacturing costs of the servovalve.
