It is set up in vertical way on the flower where the toilet would be set up, open the upper side and on the bottom, set up the water tank(4); the cover(5) that is fixed at the upper side of the tank above(4); the flushing valve(l 1) that gears the water through the pipe(2); exiting valve(80) that exit out the saved valve in water tank(4) to the pipe(3) with the lever(4) that is set up on the penetrating pipe. The water tank (4) is structured in archetype, the height (h) is 100- 150cm and the area is 50- 150cm2 Moreover it structures the screw part (18a) at the bottom of the flushing valve (1) that is setup at the 2 penetrating pipe, it also structures the bottom screw part (18a) at the bottom of the exiting valve (80), it also forms the screw part (2a, 3a) at each pipe (2) and the exit pipe (3) at the bottom of the flushing valve (11) and the exit valve (80).

The device provides a relatively high flow rate of refill water from a refill tube to an overflow tube in response to a partial flush, and a relatively low rate of refill water from the refill tube to the overflow tube in response to a full flush. As a result, the toilet bowl is refilled with a substantially similar volume of refill water regardless of which flush option is selected.
