A construction method for thin-slab stairs using precast stairs having a thin slab comprises the steps of putting a top slab and a bottom slab of precast stairs having a thin slab on a landing plate supported by timbering temporarily, arranging horizontal reinforcing bars and vertical reinforcing bars including many diagonal reinforcing bars having a head(15a) exposed from the top slab and the bottom slab of the precast stairs having a thin slab and making a form, and locating horizontal stirrups exposed to the outside from one side of a slab in a formation area for a slab and placing concrete, and forming a landing and an intermediate landing together with a wall.
