摘要： An architectural finish element operable to be placed adjacent similar architectural finish elements to form a finished surface on an architectural structure includes a body formed of a rock-based composite material comprising a low density solid particle additive, a plurality of unitary real stone veneer elements bonded to the body in courses extending in a first direction and in a random non-repetitive pattern, the real stone veneer elements having respective face surfaces generally lying in a plane to form an overall face surface of the architectural finish element. The low density solid particle additive is provided in an amount suitable to cause the architectural finish element to have a density of between about 10 to 15 pounds per square foot. The architectural finishing element may be mounted by mounting a portion of a body of at least one dual architectural finish element support to a surface of an architectural structure.

摘要： A tile leveling system includes an anchor member arranged to be positioned in a setting bed below adjacent tiles. A tensioning member extends upwardly from the anchor member and is arranged to pass between the adjacent tiles. The tensioning member is made of a metallic material and frangibly connected to the anchor member via a breakage point. A loading system is arranged to be positioned on top of the adjacent tiles and includes a drive mechanism. The drive mechanism is connected to the tensioning member and is selectively operable to secure and level the adjacent tiles between the anchor member and the loading system.

摘要： A leveling spacer for laying tiles, floor tiles and the like with the interposition of gaps having a base, a threaded stem, a knob, and a slip preventing element for protecting the tiles between which the spacer is arranged. The base includes spacing protrusions in order to define the width of the gaps. The threaded stem is fixed at right angles to the base by interposition of a stem supporting portion that is connected to the base by means of at least one preweakened point. The knob is configured for gripping and removing by breaking the threaded stem, which includes a female thread portion adapted to be screwed to the threaded stem. The slip preventing element is adapted to be arranged substantially coaxially to the knob, for abutment against the knob on the side of the base.

The cap has an edge slot so that the connecting tab can be separated from the cap, by merely sliding the cap, so that the connecting tab passes through the slot. A flexible spring-like portion of the cap provides increased force on the tile even if undesired elongation of the connecting tab occurs.

The clip assembly includes a base clip slidably situated within base member between the seam, the base clip further having a vertical web and various flanges. A retainer clip engages the base clip such that retainer clip, base clip, and base member all make contact with both panels. A batten then snaps into and engages upstanding legs of the panels to further secure the panels at the seam, filling a recess. In an alternative embodiment of the clip assembly, the top of the base clip terminates at L-shaped flanges which lock a slotted, U-shaped retainer clip. In a further embodiment, the top of the base clip terminates at a loop, and the retainer “clip” is formed as a flexible seat.
