摘要： A rotating shaft lifting jig is inserted between a rotating shaft of a rotary machine and a bearing stand surrounding the outer periphery of at least a lower part of the rotating shaft. The jig for lifting the rotating shaft includes: a pedestal which is supported on an inner peripheral surface of the bearing stand; and a jack part which is disposed between the pedestal and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft and extends/contracts in the radial direction. The radial dimension of the pedestal is smaller than a radial clearance between the rotating shaft and the bearing stand. A rotor receiver having a cylindrical surface conforming to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft is provided between the jack part and the rotating shaft. The rotor receiver is provided with a plurality of support members in directions different from the direction of the jack part.

The first outer bearing assembly includes a first liner and a first outer bearing race. The method includes removing the first outer bearing race and the first liner and inserting a second liner. The second liner is matched to a given diameter such that the second outer bearing assembly fits within the generator. A position ring of the second outer bearing assembly is inserted against the machined second liner and a generator housing. A second bearing race of said second outer bearing assembly is inserted against the position ring. The second bearing race of the second outer bearing assembly is connected against the position ring and against a generator housing.

The radially inner surface has a right side and a left side with a chamfer attaching to the right side of the radially inner surface for leading the bearings into contact with the radially inner surface. A right surface extends radially outwardly from the chamfer and a left surface extends radially outwardly from the left side. A ledge extends axially from the left surface and parallel and in register with the radially inner surface. A first angled surface extends radially outwardly from the right side surface and axially towards the left surface and a second angled surface extends radially outwardly from the ledge and axially towards the right side surface. A first extension extends radially outwardly from and attaches to the first angled surface and the second angled surface.

摘要： A gas turbine shaft bearing system (bearing and/or seal component) service method and service tool that applies biasing force between a gas turbine shaft and a bearing system component supporting the shaft, so that the bearing system component can be removed or installed. The bearing system service tool is coupled directly to the bearing system component and the shaft, preferably without the need for external fixtures. A biasing force generator, such as a hydraulic unit applies a force on the bearing system component to cause component movement on or off the shaft. Counter-biasing forces are resisted by the fixed position turbine shaft. By exerting biasing force directly between the turbine shaft and bearing system component the service tool can be constructed of smaller, man portable components that are more easily maneuvered within relatively confined turbine service spaces, which are common in field installations.

For example, in the case of repairing the gap 13 between the main shaft outer cylinder 10 of the wind turbine generator 1 and the outer ring 12A of the main bearing 12, the plate 40 is inserted between the main shaft outer cylinder 10 and the outer ring 12A, and also the plate 40 is fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the main shaft outer cylinder 10 by the adhesive agent 41. On the other hand, slip is permitted between the plate 40 and the outer ring 12A of the main bearing 12.
