摘要： To provide a registration apparatus, a collation apparatus, an extraction method and an extraction program capable of improving authentication accuracy. An image signal obtained by imaging a biometric subject in a predetermined biological position is subjected to predetermined processing so as to extract a feature portion of the biometric subject in the image signal. The feature portion is subjected to Hough transform. Parameter extraction is performed by changing the extraction condition such that the number of parameters obtained by the Hough transform becomes a predetermined value. In the case where the value of the extraction condition at the time point when the number of parameters is the predetermined value falls within a range from the upper limit set value to the lower limit set value, the predetermined number of parameters are set as registration data or data to be collated with the registration data.

The pixels of the image are converted to gray scale. Textural attributes of the pixels are determined. Statistical values associated with the textural attributes of the pixels are calculated. The texture moments of the image are determined from the statistical value.

摘要： A method of displaying electrophysiology information includes obtaining a three- dimensional medical image of an anatomical region, registering a localization system to the model; localizing an electrophysiology catheter within the anatomical region; displaying a representation of the localization of the electrophysiology catheter on the model; and displaying image slices of the model. The image slices are selected based upon the localization of the electrophysiology catheter. For example, the image slices can pass through a user-selected localization element carried by the electrophysiology catheter. Rigid and/or non-rigid transforms can be used to register the localization system to the model. Electrophysiology data collected by the catheter can be displayed on the model and/or the image slices thereof. The three-dimensional medical image and/or the electrophysiology data can also be time-varying. In embodiments, scalar maps can also be displayed on the model.

摘要： A method is provided for generating images using a MRI system. The method includes one or more acts below. First, the MRI system applies a pulse sequence to obtain a first set of blood oxygenation level dependent (BOLD) MRI images of a pregnant subject during a first time period. The MRI system then applies the pulse sequence to obtain a second set of BOLD MRI images of the pregnant subject during a second time period. The MRI system automatically extracts one or more regions of interest that include a placenta of the pregnant subject in the first and second sets of BOLD MRI images. The MRI system obtains BOLD signal changes in the one or more regions of interest based on the first and second sets of BOLD MRI images. The MRI system generates, based on the BOLD signal changes, a map indicating placental oxygen transport.
