SOLUTION: A gusset bag is used as an inner bag of a large BIC, and a filling orifice 3 is formed on the upper section of a front face film 11 of the gusset bag 1, and a take-away opening 4 is formed on the lower section of a side film 12 to reduce a clearance between the gusset bag 1 and the container and eliminate the trouble during the transportation. A bottom section 19 of the gusset bag 1 is formed into the square shape, and a corrugated board of the same shape is stuck on the bottom section 19 to store the bag easily into the container. A heat seal section of the bottom is folded to resist the internal pressure of the large capacity.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the stress imposed on bag valve assembly by a wedge- shaped connector welded in the interior of a bag and engaged with an upper edge of the bag, thus closing the bag along the outside edge. CONSTITUTION: A bag 102 comprises a gussetted base part 111 and sealed side portion 105. The bag 102 is also sealed at the periphery of the upper edge 106. A valve assembly 101 is attached to the bag 102 via a valve connector 117 extending to the upper face of the container 100. The valve assembly 101 is connected to a wedge-shaped connector 302. The wedge-shaped connector 302 is inserted to the upper portion of the bag 102 so that it melts to seal the bag 102 along the upper edge 106 of the bag. Thus when a material is injected into the bag 102 through the valve connector 101, the gusset 111 at the base portion prevents imposition of excess force on the seal between the valve 101 and the bag 102, allowing uniform and complete packing of the material into the bag 102.
