SOLUTION: A refilling container 20a contains the content 1 for refilling, which is filled into a repeatedly usable container 10 having a transition cap 11, from which a tubular nozzle 11b projects, on an opening of the container 10. The refilling container 20a comprises a refilling container body, a backup ring 21 fitted on the opening rim of the container 20a, a fit joint 22, which is fitted into the backup ring 21 and is fitted on or removed from the opening periphery of the transition cap 11 of the container 10 to make the nozzle 11b penetrate or come out from the fit joint 22 freely, an inner lid 23, which seals up the opening of the refilling container body and is opened and closed with the nozzle 11b as it penetrate or comes out from the fit joint 22, and an outer lid 24 covering the exterior of the inner lid 23 of the opening of the refilling container body.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-open container lid in which an annular plug for sealing a container mouth is formed on the peripheral part of a top plate and a through-hole made in the central part of the top plate is covered with a breakable sheet having a resin layer at least on the inside of the container, the container being designed such that sealability by the annular plug is prevented from degrading or the annular plug is prevented from being damaged even in the case where the sheet member is disposed on the underside of the top plate and its edge is buried in the lid. SOLUTION: The easy-to-open container lid 1 includes the annular plug 15 formed on the peripheral part of the underside of the top plate 11 in order to seal the container mouth. The container lid 1 also includes the sheet member 19 disposed on the underside of the top plate 11 so as to cover the through-hole 18 made in the central part of the top plate 11. The sheet member 19 is breakable when pressed by a straw and has the resin layer at least on the inside of the container. A thick-walled portion 15a bulging out is formed at the lower end of the annular plug 15. The edge 19a of the sheet member 19 is buried inside the thick-walled portion 15a.     • The invention relates to a container (1) for foodstuffs manufactured from plastic and open at its top, comprising an edge (2) which is arranged on the top side of the container and on which a lid (3) manufactured from flexible material, such as metal foil, is arranged by means of a sealing connection, wherein the lid is provided on its periphery with a substantially annular strengthening structure (4), wherein the strengthening structure forms a rigid lid with the flexible material fixed thereon. As a result of these measures the whole top part of the container is accessible. According to a first embodiment the lid is connected to the upper edge by means of a hinge (6), and the hinge is formed by a straight part in the weakened portion (6) between the substantially annular strengthening structure and the upper edge of the container. This configuration results in an easy-to-open lid, wherein the lid always remains connected to the container.

An opening area (52) comprising a circular main part (58) and a strip-like additional part (60) is regulated by a breakable thin-walled line having an arc-like main part (54) and a pair of additional parts (56) extending from both ends of the arc-like main part in the top wall. The breakable thin-walled line is broken and the opening area is displaced downwardly with a tip edge of the strip-like additional part as a hinge.

    • PURPOSE: To unify heating of high frequency closure by constituting a foil closure membrane of a material except metal foils in the region of its tear-off tag. CONSTITUTION: The secondary seal in a lid 3 is formed of a cardboard layer 5 and a corrosionproof layer 6 and a non-metallic foil membrane 13 forming a tear-off tag 8 exists on an opening 1 of a container below this laminated materials. An aluminum layer 11 is bonded on the underside of this membrane 13 through a sealing layer 10 and this aluminum layer 11 has its shape whose dimension fits to the shape of the circumference 2 of the opening of the container. In addition, another sealing layer 12 is applied on the underside of the aluminum layer 11 and the aluminum layer 11 bonded on the non-metallic foil membrane 13 is hermetically sealed on the edge 2 of the opening 1 of the container through this layer 12. As the foil membrane with a tear-off tag is made of a paper or a synthetic material and is a non-metal, it is possible thereby to perform uniformly heating during sealing by a high frequency process and to eliminate failure of sealing.
