    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronously drive an outer rotor and an inner rotor in high accuracy for each spindle. SOLUTION: An outer rotor is driven with a driving belt common to all spindles, and an inner rotor is driven with a servo motor for each spindle. The output pulse signals of a magnetic sensor 33 for detecting the rotation speed of the outer rotor and the output pulse signals of a rotary encoder 36 for detecting the rotation speed of a take-up roller are divided with dividing circuits 43, 44, and subsequently inputted into the first and second counters 41, 42, respectively. Each of the counters 41, 42 counts the number of pulses outputted from a standard clock oscillator 45 for one pulse of the pulse signals divided with the dividing circuits 43, 44. A CPU 38 calculates the rotation speeds of the outer rotor and the take-up roller on the basis of the counted number of each counter 41, 42, and further calculates a proper inner rotor rotation speed corresponding thereto for each spindle. The servo motor 11 is controlled so that the inner rotors are rotated at the calculated rotation speeds, respectively.
