    • PURPOSE:To restrict an occurrence of resonance sound when a combustion in case of ignition is not stabled and to perform a stable combustion by a method wherein gas injection holes having a large diameter are formed such that their hole diameters are uniformly formed from a rear surface toward a front surface up to a desired position is a plate thickness in an equal diameter and a hole diameter of injection port is made larger than the equal diameter part. CONSTITUTION:In combustion plate 11, gas injection holes 12 having large diameter and gas injection holes 13 having small diameter are passed from a front surface 11a to a rear surface 11b and regularly and alternatively made. The gas injection holes 12 are made such that injection ports 12a are formed at a surface 11a of a combustion plate 11 to have small diameter portions 12b having equal diameter and large diameter part 12d coaxially arranged with the small diameter portions. At a step 12c between the small diameter portion 12b and the large diameter portion 12d, the gas injection holes 12 are rapidly expanded, so an injection speed of the mixture gas at the large diameter portion 12d is rapidly reduced, a lift of combustion flame can positively prevented, a variation or disturbance of mixture gas, a variation in pressure under injection, and a variation in volume due to combustion are properly prevented and an occurrence of resonance sound can be prevented in case of unstable state of combustion when ignited.

    • PURPOSE:To remove play of screws so as to make it possible to set the temperature more correctly by mounting one end of a compression coil spring on a head portion of an adjusting screw and mounting another end of the compression coil spring on a temperature setting thumbnut. CONSTITUTION:One end of an adjusting screw 15 screw-coupled with a mounting screw 14 mounted on a gas supply pipe 5 is unitarily coupled to one end of an inner pipe 3. As a result, by adjusting a distance at which a bimetal, formed by the inner pipe 3 and the gas supply pipe 5 whose coefficients of thermal expansion are largely different, expands, it is possible to change the temperature setting. In this case, one end of the compression coil spring 17 is mounted on the head portion 16 of the adjusting screw 15, and another end of the compression coil spring 17 is mounted on the temperature setting thumbnut 18. Since a force is constantly applied in the direction of an arrow A, no play is produced at the screw coupled portion between the adjusting screw 14 and the mounting screw 14. For this reason, the inner pipe 3 moves in correspondence with thermal expansion and contraction of the gas supply pipe 15, and the temperature to be set by means of the temperature setting thumbnut 18 is set correctly.

    • PURPOSE:To improve durability, resistance to corrosion, and economical efficiency, by a method wherein a burner head, made of high temperature corrosion resisting and dezincizing corrosion resisting copper alloy, is combined with a burner body made of a metal except aforesaid metal. CONSTITUTION:A burner head 1, made of a high temperature corrosion resisting and dezincificating corrosion resisting copper alloy produced by forging or casting, for example, a novel copper alloy, produced by adding alumi, phosphorus, and antimony to brass, is combined with a burner body 2, made of a metal except said metal, to form a gas burner. For example, iron cast, on which surface treatment is applied, is used as the burner body 2. This permits provision of a gas burner which is extremely excellent in resistance to high temperature corrosion and dezincizing corrosion while it holds the quality of machining and economical efficiency.
