    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a RTP lamp in which the defects of conventional techniques ares eliminated and action performance in usage at RTP is enhanced, and the performance of a tungsten halogen lamp can be enhanced.
      SOLUTION: The lamp includes a lamp envelope which has an upper part (16) and a bottom part (18) and is arranged along a longitudinal direction axis (14); a first and a second double coil filaments which are made of a first double-coil filament (20), having a first drawing portion (20a) and a second double coil filament (22) having a second drawing portion (22a) and are in parallel with the longitudinal direction axis in the lamp envelope and are mutually parallel as well; a serial connector (24) which is connected to each double-coil filament at the end part on a far side from each drawing portion; and an electrical insulating support body (26), which is positioned at the bottom of the lamp envelope. Each drawing portion and at least a part of the serial connector are sealed in the electrical insulating support body, and each member provides only one support for the first and the second double-coil filaments, and the coil filament has a wire having a diameter that is twice that of CC6 filament.
