    • A pair of spaced upper tracks (44) are each slidably mounted in one of a pair of lower tracks (300).     • A power seat adjuster (10) includes a rotatable drive shaft (36) with first and second axial ends (116, 118) and an intermediate arcuate portion (120) connecting the first and second axial ends (116, 118). The first and second axial ends (116, 118) are respectively axially connected to a drive motor gear assembly (38) and to a driven lead screw (132). A horizontal drive block (150) threadingly engaging the lead screw (132) is rotatably and vertically translatingly mounted in an aperture in a lower track (50) for self-alignment of the drive block (150) with respect to the lead screw (132). A housing rotatably receives the axial connection between one end of the drive shaft (36) and the lead screw (132). The upper and lower tracks (52, 50) have a guide section (86, 66) and an abutment section (90, 70) which collapse together in a self-cinching action under force loading to resist separation of the upper and lower tracks (52, 50).
