摘要： The pumping device comprises: a dry rough vacuum pump provided with a gas inlet opening connected to a vacuum chamber and moreover has a gas outlet opening leading into a pipe; a delivery check valve placed in the pipe at the outlet of the dry rough vacuum pump; and an ejector mounted in parallel relative to the delivery check valve. The pumping method includes the following steps: pumping the gases, contained in the vacuum chamber, by means of the dry rough vacuum pump through the gas inlet opening; connecting the gas outlet opening of the dry rough vacuum pump to an ejector; measuring the electrical power used by the dry rough vacuum pump and the pressure of the gases in the pipe at the outlet of the dry rough vacuum pump; setting in motion the ejector, after a time delay, when the pressure of the gases at the outlet of the dry rough vacuum pump has exceeded a rising edge set value and when the electrical power used by the dry rough vacuum pump exceeds a rising edge set value; stopping the ejector when the electrical power used by the dry rough vacuum pump exceeds a falling edge set value and when the pressure of the gases in the pipe at the outlet of the dry rough vacuum pump exceeds a falling edge set value.

The corrected published pump performance data may include a corrected published rated power, flow and slip factor, and the actual pump performance data contains information about actual power, specific gravity and viscosity related to the operation of the rotary positive displacement pump and received from a pump controller or controlling device, including a variable frequency drive.

摘要： A compressor protection and control subsystem for a rotary compressor provides temperature pressure, mis-wiring and vibrational protection for the scroll machine. The vibrational protection comprises a vibration sensor which is integrated on the circuit board of the protection and control subsystem. The vibration sensor, in conjunction with at least one timer, monitors the vibrations of the scroll machine and will shut down the machine when excess vibrations are sensed over a prespecified period of time. The temperature system monitors operating temperature conditions the pressure system monitors operating pressures and the mis-wiring system monitors the power supplied to the compressor. Once an undesirable characteristic is identified, the operation of the scroll machine is stopped. These protection systems are integrated into a single subsystem which identifies the reason of shutting off the scroll machine in order to simplify repairs needed. The subsystem incorporates a gateway and/or a serial peripheral interface in order to communicate with a central operating and control system.

According to the invention, the following steps are carried out: detection of a volume flow taken at the outlet of the second air-end; adjustment of the rotational speed of both air-ends, when the removed volume flow fluctuates in a range between a maximum value and a minimum value; opening of a pressure-relief valve, if the volume flow falls below the minimum value; and reduction of the rotational speed of at least the first air-end to a predetermined idling speed (V1L) to reduce the volumetric flow delivered by the first to the second air-end.

摘要： System and method of remotely connecting and disconnecting an auxiliary power supply of the frequency inverter for variable capacity compressors employed in cooling systems. The inverter includes a circuit breaker that when it receives an external signal to activate the auxiliary power supply indicating that the auxiliary supply should be connected, the circuit breaker enables the auxiliary power supply, which activates the inverter. The inverter begins sending, continually, the internal maintenance signal to activate the auxiliary supply to the circuit breaker indicating that the auxiliary supply should be kept running, making the circuit breaker maintain the auxiliary power supply enabled. When the circuit breaker receives an external deactivation signal from the auxiliary supply indicating that the auxiliary supply should be disconnected, the inverter stops sending the signal to maintain the auxiliary supply activated to the circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker disables the auxiliary power supply, deactivating the inverter.
