摘要： A panel switch which can reduce or avoid detection errors caused by disturbing light beans. This panel switch (10) has a side wa11 (54), in which an aperture (56) is formed at an iris part (50), and a side wall (58), in which an aperture (60) is formed. A light beam (Ll) reaches a photodetector (44) through the apertures (56) and (60). Disturbing light beams (LS), whose optical axes are inc11ned from the optical axis of the light beam (Ll), are cut off by the side wa11 (54) and can not reach the photodetector (44). Even if the disturbing light beams (LS) pass through the aperture (56) of the side wa11 (54), they can not pass through the aperture (60), due to inclined optical axes, but go straight through a space (64) to be reflected by the side wall (58) in a direction different from a direction toward the photodetector (44). With this constitution, detection errors, which would be caused by disturbing lights beams (LS) detected by the photodetector (44), can be reduced or avoided.

摘要： A touch panel (4) and an operating section (30) are provided on a display means (2). A permanent magnet (52) is attached to a push button (32) and a magnetic metallic plate (58) is fitted to a supporting frame (36). When the button (32) is pressed down toward the panel (4) against the magnetic attraction between the magnet (52) and the metallic plate (58), an operating front-end section (46) operates a touch switch (4a). While the button (32) moves, a sense of stroke is given. In the initial stage of the movement, the magnetic attraction abruptly decreases and the operator of the button (32) feels a sense of click. Since the operator feels the senses of stroke and click when he operates the button (32), the operability of the thin switch device is improved while taking the advantage that the touch panel (4) is thin.

摘要： A switch assembly having a rocker type actuator user rotatable for sequentially actuating plural switches. The rocker contacts, off center a lever beam supported at its end by plungers disposed to actuate the individual membrane switches or optical activators. User applications of an initial force to the rocker causes the lever beam to pivot about the remote plunger for actuation of the switch closest to the rocker contact point. After actuation of the closest switch, user application of a greater force continues rotation of the rocker to cause the lever beam to pivot about the closest plunger for causing actuation of the remote switch. Overtravel is shared by beam deflection of the lever and columnar compression of cylindrical tower portions of the resilient membranes.

Die Erfindung sieht vor, daß beim Betätigen einer mit zwei Schaltern ausgestatteten Funktionstaste zunächst der erste Schalter geschlossen wird und dadurch die momentan gewählte Funktion optisch oder akustisch angezeigt wird. Das darauffolgende Schließen des zweiten Schalters bewirkt das Auslösen der Funktion.
