摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an output and fuel cost performance while preventing knocking by timing-correcting an ignition time for a specified period immediately after an acceleration driving start corresponding to the delay of a wall temperature increase in a combustion chamber when an internal combustion engine is changed to acceleration running. SOLUTION: Determination is made as to whether a running condition is in an acceleration region or not, and if YES, a time factor Kt is calculated with a function (f) based on the current open degree of a throttle and a timer (t) (the passage of control time) (S47), and a timing control time tx is calculated by using a function (h) based on the time factor Kt (S49). Then, a target average effective pressure Pe is calculated by an expression (S51), a basic ignition time is retrieved from a basic ignition time map based on the target average effective pressure Pe and an engine revolution number (S53), and ignition is performed by driving an ignition coil and outputting a high voltage to a spark plug (S55). After the passage of control time, when the value of the timer (t) exceeds the timing control time tx and determination is YES (S59), an acceleration timing control subroutine is finished.

Next, the coating layer 8 on the top part 5a of the intermediate piezoelectric element 5 is ground to be removed and an electrode 9 is formed only to the top part 5a of the intermediate piezoelectric element 5 by employing a thick film method such as a screen printing method. Subsequently, a top plate 11 composed of a conductive member having an electrode 10 formed thereon is bonded to the top part of the intermediate piezoelectric element by an adhesive 12. In this state, an ink pressure chamber 13 is formed by the coating layer 8, the end part 9a of the electrode 9, the end part 12 of the adhesive 12 and the electrode 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain grade of print even when a core and a tip of print wire abrade due to increase of the number of times of printing dots and impact is applied to an impact printer from the outside, by adjusting driving condition for supplying drive current to an electromagnet based on self-adjustment data by a drive condition adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:Drive current is supplied to an electromagnet so as to displace an armature 14 and printing is performed by a print wire 15 fixed to the tip of the armature 14. Electrostatic capacity between the armature 1 4 and a core 9 is detected by an electrostatic capacity sensor so as to obtain a sensor output waveform from the detected electrostatic capacity. Based on preset slice levels VREF1, VREF2 and the sensor output waveform, a self-adjustment data is fetched. Based on the self-adjustment data, a driving condition for supplying drive current to the electromagnet is adjusted by a drive condition adjusting means. Accordingly, grade of print can be maintained during the guaranteed life of print.

In this case, even when the armature 14 is attracted to a core 5 and the rear end thereof rises, the rear end is received in the escape hole.
