    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the terminal condition of respective feed constant by a method wherein the length of one pitch measured through the number of pulses sent from an encoder obtained by driving a bag stock band with a pulse servo motor at slow speed after a mark is registered to a detection position so as to obtain a fundamental number of pulses in order to obtain an inputted number of pulses by adding an adjusting minute member of pulses. SOLUTION: The dimension of one mark pitch is measured by the number of pulses of a second encoder and inputted a computer as the number of pulses responding to the feed dimension by one time. Next, during the rising of a movable body 15 through the rotations of a variable speed motor M1 and of a pulse servo motor M2, a bag stock band W is conveyed by conveying rollers 31. Near the feed terminal of that one time, the conveying speed of the band W becomes slow. In the region of an adjusting minute number of pulses, a mark detecting sensor 35 detects a mark so as to erase the remaining pulses in the portion of an adjusting minute number of pulses consisting of the portion of an adjusting minute pulse density in order to immediately transfer to a stopping pulse density curved part, resulting in quietly stopping a pulse servo motor M2.

In the lower half of the casing 1 from the boundary of the partitioning plate, a receiving unit 120, a control circuit unit 121 and a printing unit 122 are arranged.
