摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a quick complete removal of residual products, the residual products remaining in a filling head and in the inlet port of a bag container after filling a bag container with fluid products.
SOLUTION: The filling head that has a chamber joined to the tip of the inlet port of the bag container is placed in contact with the bag, and after the fluid products are filled into the bag container by tearing apart a first membrane at the outer end of its inlet port, the interior of the chamber of the filling head and the interior of the inlet port of the bag container are flushed with steam, while, during the flushing, a heat sealing head is pressed against the outer peripheral section of a second membrane from the face side opposite to the one where the inlet port of the bag container is provided, thus starting the sealing of the inlet port, while the state of pressing the heat sealing head against the second membrane is kept for a prescribed sealing duration, during which the warm-water rinse of the interior of the chamber of the filling head and the interior of the inlet port is performed, and furthermore, during the sealing, the interior of the chamber of the filling head and interior of the inlet port are re-flushed with steam.
