摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method by a bag which can seal an opening part of the thin bag with a packed articled filled therein in a wrinkle-free condition. SOLUTION: An opening end is kept flat with respect to viscous belt conveyors 14 and 16 by blowing air from a bag flattening blows 10 and 12 against the opening end of the bag with the packaged article filled therein. The bag is opened by blowing air from sirocco fans 18 and 20 against an opening of the flattened bag, two opening expansion bars 26 are inserted therein and expanding in the transverse direction to expand the bag opening in the transverse direction. The opening part of the bag which is expanded in the transverse direction is held and sealed by a sealer 42.

For such a bag sealing device, before the confronted both side surfaces of the bag 1 are gusset-folded, the top and the bottom surfaces (1h), (1i) of the area where the packaged article 2 is not housed, of the bag 1, are drawn and held by first suction means 5, 6 respectively, and at the same time, both side surfaces of the bag 1 are drawn and held by second suction means respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic rigid package of a heavy object by a method wherein after a tubelike net bag made of a synthetic resin is prepared by fusing a bottom of the bag together with two synthetic resin films by a predetermined width and cutting ends, the object is put, the bag is shaped, and both faces of a mouth of the bag are fused together with the synthetic resin films for sealing the bag. CONSTITUTION: A tubelike net 1 made of a synthetic resin and two synthetic resin films 2 respectively fed from material rollers 3 onto a net guide plate 6 are combined and the net 1 is held from both sides. With only the net 1 slightly fed out, its tip is caught by a fastener 7 and drawn between net guide plates 6'. Fed lengths of the two films 2 are staggered by two touch sensors 11 meanwhile. When the fastener 7 reaches a length corresponding to a net bag, a heater 12 and a cutter 13 which are opposite come close to a bottom of the bag and actuate, so that the tubelike net 1 is fused and cut together with the films 2 for making the net bag, and then the bag is moved to parts for filling an object to be packaged and for sealing.
