SOLUTION: An inner diameter of a slide tube is enlarged to prevent damage of the pole member passing through the inside at the center of the slide tube extending through the floating roof when the roof shifts by an earthquake or the like. A stretching mechanism or a cushioning mechanism capable of moving in a predetermined range with elasticity in the direction of the circumference or the diameter in a horizontal plane is provided on a part having a sleeve with shaft installed which comes into contact with the through pole member on an upper part of the slide tube.
