摘要： PURPOSE:To enable an easy application of a supporting pedestal to a highly seismic area by forming the pedestal by providing a reinforced concrete structure at a position to be ordinarily occupied by a frame/rigid structure. CONSTITUTION:A supporting pedestal of a turbine-generator (T-G supporting pedestal) installed in a turbine building 1, is installed on a same foundation mat 2 as a foundation mat 2 of a turbine building 1, and is installed separately from a floor 8 and inner walls of the turbine building. The T-G supporting pedestal is constituted of a T-G pedestal deck 9 which supports a high pressure turbine 3, a low pressure turbine 4 and a generator 5, and a lower structure which supports the deck 9. As the lower structure of the deck 9, a reinforced concrete wall 10 for a lower part of the high pressure turbine, is provided at a high pressure turbine side as well as a pillar 6 and a beam 7. In the same manner at a generator side, a reinforced concrete wall 11 for a lower part of the generator is provided as well as the pillar 6 and the beam 7. Also, a lower part of the low pressure turbine 4 is supported by a reinforced concrete wall 12 around a condenser.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the rust generated by corrosion product in the condensate by a method wherein a plastic lining is applied over the hot well of the condenser. CONSTITUTION:The plastic lining such as polypropylene sheet or the like is applied in the inner surface of the hot well 4 formed at the lower main body 3 of the condenser 1. During operation, the condensate falls on the ceiling board 5 of the hot well 4 and flows into the hot well 4 through an opening 6. However the hot well 4 is kept from rust by the plastic lining 10 and also easily cleaned. Further, the infiltration of condensate at the ends 11 of the lining 10 is prevented by abutting a L-shape steel 12 through a bonding agent 13 against the lining and screwing them down water tight together with the ceiling board 5 or the lower main body 3 by bolts 15 and nuts 14.
