    • PURPOSE:To operate a differential amplifier for measuring the magnitude of the current flowing in or flowing out from a power supply by the voltage of the power supply by differentially amplifying the voltages at both terminals of the resistor inserted in a power supply line. CONSTITUTION:The resistor Rs inserted in a power supply line 2 in order to detect the current (i) of a power supply, a pair of the first and second voltage dividing circuits 3, 4 for dividing the voltages at the respective terminals of the resistor Rs and the differential amplifier 6 connected to the voltage dividing points of the respective circuits 3, 4 through a pair of the input terminals 6a, 6b are mounted and the detection output corresponding to the current (i) of the power supply is obtained from the output of the amplifier 6. The voltages at both terminals of the current detecting resistor Rs are dropped by the circuits 3, 4 to be respectively applied to the reversal and non-reversal input terminals 6a, 6b of the amplifier 6. As a result, since the voltages v1, v2 inputted to the amplifier 6 can be made considerably lower than the voltage E of the power supply 1, operation voltage is applied to the differential amplifier from the power supply 1 to make it possible to operate said amplifier.

    • PURPOSE:To offset an influence of an external noise and a phenomenon of a connected part of different kinds of metals, by constituting a humidity sensing part of two pieces of capacitors, and obtaining a for detecting a humidity variation in the air as a capacity variation of a capacitor, and obtaining a capacity difference output as a bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensing part 1 is provided with two pieces of capacitors in which the capacity of one of them is varied when humidity in the air is varied. By connecting the humidity sensing part 1 to an AC bridge circuit 4 so that outputs between the respective capacitors C1, C2 are negated each other, the AC bridge circuit 4 is constituted for generating an error voltage being proportional to a capacity difference between two pieces of capacitors of the humidity sensing part 1. The error voltage corresponding to this capacity difference is brought to a synchronous detection by a synchronous detection circuit 8 and a DC signal voltage is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize an area of fitting while securing a sufficient insulation distance between primary and secondary circuits of a transformer, by disposing a group of terminals of the primary circuit of the transformer and a group of terminals of the secondary circuit thereof serially in one row, at a prescribed interval between them and along one side edge in the longitudinal direction of an IC package. CONSTITUTION:IC 1 is constructed, by using a single line package, in such a manner that terminal groups 2a and 2b arranged in one serial row are disposed along the side edge in deviation onto one side 1a in the longitudinal direction. The terminal group 2a comprises primary-circuit terminals including an input terminal, a clock terminal, etc., while the terminal group 2b comprises secondary-circuit terminals including an output terminal, a control terminal, etc. These primary and secondary terminal groups 2a and 2b are spaced from each other at a sufficient insulation distance in the longitudinal direction of IC 1. According to this constitution, a packaging density can be increased with a sufficient insulation distance secured between IC terminals in the case when a large number of hybrid ICs with insulation amplifiers incorporated therein are juxtaposed to transmit multichannel signals.
