Means for moving the adjusting member 30 is a worm 43 mounted on a drive shaft 42 acting as a drive section. Between the adjusting member 30 and the first receiving portion 3, there is interposed a deflecting mechanism for converting the longitudinal movement of the adjusting member 30 into the vertical movements of the first receiving portion 3.
