    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact seat sliding device for vehicle with light weight capable of ensuring strength.
      SOLUTION: A lower rail 10 has a base bottom part 11 extending so as to be opposed to a floor of the vehicle; two sheets of first inner parts 12 upwardly extending from a center of the base bottom part 11 so as to be closely attached; and a reverse U shape lower hook 13 extending from upper ends of both the first inner parts 12 in an outer direction. An upper rail 20 has a horizontal wall 21 horizontal to the base bottom part 11; and vertical walls 22 downwardly extending from both ends of the horizontal wall 21. Further, in the upper rail 20, a hook member 30 having a joint part 32 joined to both the vertical walls 22 and downwardly extending and a U shape upper hook 33 inwardly extending from a lower end of the joint part 32 is provided. When peeling off load relative to the lower rail 10 is applied to the upper rail 20, the lower hook 13 is engaged with the upper hook 33.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a longitudinal guide for a car seat which is easily manufactured, easy to slide and hardly slipped off.
      SOLUTION: The longitudinal guide for the car seat has a surrounding rail (20) and a surrounded rail (50). Rolls are arranged between the rails, and a longitudinal groove (72) is arbitrarily formed between the rails (20, 50). A first transverse surrounding area (68) and a second transverse surrounding area (70) opposite to the first transverse surrounding area on the diagonal line are provided. The surrounding rail (20) constitutes an outer grip around the surrounded rail (50). The rolls (73-75) are arranged in each surrounding area, and guide grooves (76-78) for arranging the rolls (73-75) are formed between the rails of the surrounding areas (68, 70). Only one guide groove (76) is formed in the first surrounding area (68), and two guide grooves (77, 78) are formed in the second surrounding area (70).

    • PURPOSE: A seat slide device is provided to prevent the upper portion of a lower rail from being open, increase strength of the lower rail, have simplified structure, and easily and quickly perform installation work. CONSTITUTION: A seat slide device has a lower rail installed in the longitudinal direction of the seat installation floor and an upper rail installed to a main body portion of a seat and guided to freely slide in the longitudinal direction of the lower rail. A first hook portion(15) is formed at the front end portion of an opening side(12e) of a main body portion(12a) on the long lower rail. A second hook portion is formed to the lower part of both sides(12b) of the main body portion. A first gearing portion(18) geared with the first hook unit is formed to an upper wall(13d) of the upper rail. A protruded portion(18a) is formed to the first gearing portion so as to be protruded to the side of the first hook portion. A second gearing portion geared with the second hook portion is formed at side portions(13b) of the main body portion of the upper rail.

    • An automobile slide adjuster is provided to reduce the number of components or assembling procedure, stabilize the resistance against sliding, and increase reliability of customers. A slide adjuster(S) of a vehicle comprises a lower rail(2) fixed on a main body of the vehicle through front brackets(6) and back brackets(8); an upper rail(4) slippingly installed on the lower rail; and a plurality of motors disposed at lower side between the upper rail and the lower rail. The upper rail comprises a plurality of upward protuberances formed on upper part and extended openings formed along each lower edge of the plural upward protuberances maintaining a sliding contact on a portion of the lower rail. A sheer distance between a center of one motor and the upper part of one upward protuberance is the same as or more than a sheer distance between a center of the motor and a part of the lower rail. The lower rail possesses an upper wall, whereas the upper rail possesses an inner wall, an outer wall, and an outward-extension wall extended outward from upper edge of the outer wall. The upward protuberance is installed on the outward-extension wall of the upper rail to maintain a sliding contact with inner surface of the upper wall of the lower rail. The upper rail comprises an inclined lower wall formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. The motors maintain a contact with the inclined lower wall.
