CONSTITUTION: An automatic packing machine for juice is composed of a device(20) for feeding packing envelopes loaded by leaf, a constant feeder(30) feeding fixed quantity from a tank for storing juice(11) after opening the inlet port, a device for sealing(50) the opening of the packing envelope containing juice carried, an exhauster the envelopes sealed, a body(10) having a tank for storing juice(11) on the top, an inlet port(12) on a side, an outlet port(13) on the other side, and a control panel unit(14) the upper part. The device for feeding packing envelopes by leaf, the constant feeder, the device for sealing, and the exhauster are arranged with a square structure on the upper supporting plate(19a) installed horizontally within the body. A rotary carrier(60) transfers the packing envelopes fed by the device for feeding packing envelopes by leaf, in order and the driving device(70) drives the device for feeding packing envelopes by leaf, the constant feeder, and the device for sealing. Therefore the productivity is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE: A fluid injector of an automatic liquid packing machine is provided to improve the quality by automatically injecting liquid material into the package with installing an auxiliary tank in the main tank, and to clean conveniently by separating a cover of the auxiliary tank. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary tank(50) is installed in the lower part of a main tank(10), and composed of a liquid inlet, a liquid supply port(52) protruded in the lower part and a cover part(54) mounting an air discharge pipe(53) separably combined with the upper part. The liquid supply port of the auxiliary tank is combined with a liquid discharge port(12) of the main tank, and fluid is injected to transferred package(2) with isolating liquid of the main tank from liquid of the auxiliary tank. An opening valve(30) is opened by a controller(20) in transferring the package under a liquid injection pipe(40), and packing is performed automatically with repeatedly supplying liquid from the auxiliary tank to the package according to internal pressure of the auxiliary tank. Convenience is improved with inputting regular opening time of the opening valve to the controller and cleaning the auxiliary tank by separating the cover part.
