    • The present invention relates to mitochondirial targeting peptide, to fusion protein to which the peptide is combined at carboxy terminal of protein transduction domain and antioxidant is combined at carboxy terminal of the peptide, to a composition for antioxidant which includes the fusion protein to which the antioxidant is combined, to a composition for preventing or treating Parkinson′s disease, to polynucleotide which codes the protein transduction domain, to polynucleotide which codes the peptide, to recombinant polynucleotide to which polynucleotide coding the antioxidant protein are successively combined, to an impression vector which includes the polynucleotide, and to a transformed host cell which includes the impression vector. The mitochondrial targeting peptide according to the present invention is targeted by mitochondria with high efficiency if existing as a single, and is targeted by the mitochondria with high efficiency even when the peptide is combined with the protein transduction domain and/or antioxidant. In addition, the peptide is suitable for a target carrier by having small size, and is processed when entered into mitochondria so that carried drug can be stably delivered.
