    • An upwardly open reservoir adapted for placement in a toilet flush tank is described. The reservoir is designed to be positioned directly below the float of a float actuated flush system. Flush water refill tubes and/or an overflow tube supply flush water separately to the flush tank and the reservoir. Under normal, non-leakage conditions an equilibrium water level is maintained in both the flush tank and the reservoir. Under conditions in which water leaks from the flush tank through the flush valve, the reservoir maintains a flush water level that is independent from the flush tank itself, such that the float is elevated to a level and maintained in a position that prevents a further flow of refill water into the flush tank. A secondary reservoir receives water from the overflow tube and provides water to the main reservoir to raise the float sufficiently to shut off water flow when water supply from the overflow tube stops.

    • An annular float controlled valve (1) for use in moderating the flow of water into a tank (18) is provided. The annular valve (1) includes a flow-control sealing ring (10) disposed around an internal solid rotatable cylinder (2) to allow the passage of water through an annular space defined by the rotatable cylinder (2) and the valve body (4) from an inlet port (12) to an outlet port (14) when the tank (18) is filling, and block the passage of water through the annular space when the water in the tank (18) reaches a desired level. The annular valve (1) employs sealing rings (6, 8) which both block the passage of water through the annular space and mount the solid rotatable cylinder (2) inside the valve body (4). The annular valve (1) comprises very few parts, all of durable and inexpensive materials, and so it is reliable in operation and can be manufactured inexpensively.

    • A minor water leak prevention apparatus for a water inlet valve. Said apparatus is arranged on a water inlet valve body (1) and comprises a swing arm (2), and regulation bar (3), a float (4), a water container (5), a siphon tube (6), and a counterweight buoyancy switch (7). The swing arm (2) is pivotably connected to the water inlet valve body (1). One end of said arm (2) is provided with a back pressure pad (21) aligned with a back pressure hole (11) in the water inlet valve body (1), and the other end of the swing arm (2) is connected to the regulation bar (3). The float (4) is disposed on the regulation bar (3) and within the water container (5), said water container (5) being disposed on the water inlet valve body (1). A siphon tube (6) is disposed on the water container (5), said tube (6) having an air aperture (63) formed thereon. The counterweight buoyance switch (7) is disposed on the water container (5), said switch (7) comprising a counterweight water compartment (71) and a buoyance water compartment (72), which are mutually independent. The bottom end of said counterweight water compartment (71) is provided with a water drain hole (711), and the top end of said counterweight water compartment (71) is provided with a closure pressing plate (712), said cap (712) being aligned with the air aperture (63). The counterweight buoyance switch (7) controls the opening and closing of the air aperture (63), such that when a minor water leak occurs in the water tank, the water inlet valve immediately stops letting water in, thus saving water resources.
