    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage to the side face of the other vehicle to the minimum in the case of a side impact to the other vehicle while securing safety performance against a collision of an own vehicle.
      SOLUTION: Two ends of a bumper beam 13 connected with front ends of a pair of front side frames 12 and front ends of a pair of upper members 14 are connected with two ends of a cross member 17 connected with front ends of a pair of lower members 16 branching downward from upper members 14 and extending toward the front side of the vehicle body in the vertical direction using a pair of first connection members 18. Thus, the penetration of the bumper beam 13, front side frames, and the upper members colliding with a door of the other vehicle or its center pillar into a cabin of the other vehicle can be suppressed to the minimum by allowing the cross member 17 in a position below the bumper beam 13 at the time of the side impact to the other vehicle to collide with the side sill of the other vehicle, and by dispersing collision loads applied to the lower members 16 to the upper members 14, safety against the collision of the own vehicle can be secured.
