    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die of a receiver for cooking as well as a method of manufacturing the receiver for cooking which is capable of bending at an acute angle a plurality of fold lines for mountain fold and valley fold in the receiver for cooking, providing a depth in capacity for accommodating more roast juice, and allowing formation in various thickness with various materials without causing any hole on the receiver for cooking owing to a friction or pressure during a manufacturing step.SOLUTION: A top force includes a top force mountain fold part for mountain fold and a top force valley fold part for valley fold which are alternately provided in a continuous manner in a bending direction to constitute a stopper. A bottom force includes a bottom part having a bottom force mountain fold part for mountain fold and a bottom force valley fold part for valley fold which are alternately provided in continuous manner in bending direction and a bottom force sidewall part which has a sidewall mountain fold part present on an extension line of the bottom force mountain fold part and a sidewall valley fold part present on an extension line of the bottom force valley fold part. Thus, a plurality of removal holes, sidewall connection parts, and sidewall press-fitting parts are constituted. A thin plate such as aluminum foil is laminated and then bent and pressed along the bending lines of the top force and the bottom force to form a receiver for cooking.

    • PURPOSE: To make handling of chicken easier, more prompt and cleaner, to improve utilization of an instrument space, and to shorten grilling time, by providing grid bars including the frame of the grid with substantially V-shaped holders such that the front ends thereof project upward from the grid. CONSTITUTION: This receiver 10 comprises a grid 6, a circumferential frame 7 and grid bars 8 fixed at the frame 7 in parallel at intervals by transversing the inserting direction. V-shaped holders 9 are secured both to the frame 7 and the grid bars 8, with their front ends directed upward and inclined at an angle of substantially 60 deg. to the plane of the grid. The individual holders 9 are laterally displaced from each other within adjacent rows, with the holders aligned every second rows. Chicken are inserted between the V-shaped holders 9 so as to be inclined to perpendicular lines, and while grilled, the lower parts are seated firmly at the expanded holders not to be displaced. Thereby, in comparison with a case where chicken is arranged on a flat grid, a shorter grilling time and more uniform browning can be achieved.
