摘要：【課題】固定化タンニン吸着材は有用金属や有害金属の吸着材として古くから提案されてきた技術であるが、飲料用途に使用する場合、吸着容量が安定せず、溶出物も多いという問題があった。【解決手段】繊維に放射線グラフト重合法を適用してタンニンを固定化する際、液相グラフト重合で重量増加率が40%以下となるよう、グラフト率を制御することによって固定化タンニン吸着材製造に関わる薬剤を節減し、溶出物の低減及び吸着量の安定化を図る。この固定化タンニン繊維製造法で製造された吸着材を飲料中のバナジウム吸着に使用する。使用済み吸着材の再生方法を提供することによって、吸着材を再利用すると同時に純度の高められたバナジウム等の有用物質を回収する。【選択図】なし

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber material exhibiting a high removing effect for aging odor, particularly a high removing effect for unsaturated aldehydes such as nonenal and octenal, and maintaining the effect, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber assembly for countermeasure for aging odor. The fiber assembly comprises a fiber composed of a polymeric base material into which a side chain having an amino group as well as a linear alkyl group or an alkanol group having 4 to 20 carbon atoms is introduced . Since the side chain is covalently bonded to the base material by the radiation graft polymerization method, the side chain do not fall out. In addition, the functional group introduced into the side chain is designed for effectively adsorbing an unsaturated aldehyde or an organic acid odor which are representative components of the aging odor, thereby maintaining the initial effect for a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION: The production of composite fluid separation membranes is as follows: at least one non-conductive hollow fiber 1 is arranged in a single chamber reactor 10, which is almost tube-like in its axial direction, seeds respective in gas 2 are introduced into the inside of at least one hollow fiber at a velocity of about 0.1-50.0 sccm and under a pressure of about 200-5000 milli-Torr, plasma is generated and maintained by exposing the reactive seeds to a high-frequency discharge of 10-500 watt in the inside of at least one hollow fiber, and by these procedure the surface of the lumen of at least one hollow fiber is modified or coated with the reactive seeds.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled porous hollow yarn composite membrane having high gas permeability and permselectivity and excellent resistance to heat and solvents and mechanical strength by depositing a plasma-polymerized membrane on the surface of a porous hollow yarn carrier membrane of poly(2,6- dimethylphenylene oxide). CONSTITUTION:Poly(2,6-dimethylphenylene oxide) having a repeating unit shown by the formula is dissolved in a solvent such as N-methyl-2-pyrolidone while being heated and agitated. While the obtained soln. is kept at that temp., the soln. is extruded into a coagulation bath of water, etc., from a double-pipe nozzle, coagulated, then washed with water to extract the solvent and dried to obtain a porous hollow yarn carrier membrane. Then the carrier membrane is introduced into a reaction vessel under reduced pressure, glow discharge is generated while sending a polymerizable monomer such as methyltrivinylsilane, and a plasma-polymerized membrane is deposited on the carrier membrane to obtain a composite membrane.
