摘要： The present invention provides: a composition for treating debris in order to separate earth and sand from the debris that contains the earth and sand adhered thereto, the composition containing 0.1 to 10 mass parts of a polymer flocculant relative to 100 mass parts of gypsum, in which the gypsum has a BSA specific surface area of 15000 cm2/g or less, and the polymer flocculant takes a form of a powder containing 95% or more of particles having a particle size of 200 μm or less; and a method for treating debris including a treatment step of adding 10 to 100 kg of the gypsum and 0.01 to 10 kg of the polymer flocculant to 1 m3 of the debris containing earth and sand adhered thereto, and then kneading the resultant mixture, and a separation step of separating a kneaded product obtained in the treatment step into the debris and the earth and sand adhered to the debris. According to the present invention, it is made possible to, easily, simply, and efficiently, separate earth and sand from debris that contains the earth and sand agglutinated thereto without exerting a bad influence on the environment, such separation being a prerequisite for the disposal of an enormous amount of debris produced through the mingling of the substances destroyed and torn by strong force of tsunami or the like with the earth and sand carried by tsunami or the like.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a high-expansion gypsum composition in which the expansion coefficient of a general purpose dental gypsum material or the like is simply and effectively improved to such an extent that has never been achieved with conventional technologies without using any special material by adding an inexpensive additive even in a small addition amount, and furthermore another object of the present invention is to provide a high-expansion gypsum composition the setting expansion coefficient of which is appropriately controlled so that the contraction of a resin to be used can be precisely dealt with, the high-expansion gypsum composition being useful for manufacturing a reproduction model to be used in manufacturing a “non-clasp denture” having no problem in, for example, occlusion (adaptability). The objects of the present invention are achieved by means of a method for producing a high-expansion gypsum composition, the method producing a gypsum composition having an enhanced setting expansion coefficient by copulverizing in a dry system a powdered gypsum composition containing calcined gypsum as a main component and dihydrate gypsum.

摘要： A gypsum board having mold resistance includes a gypsum core and gypsum board paper covering two surfaces of the gypsum core. The gypsum core contains first and second anti-mold agents, each having a water solubility of 200 ppm or less, and a waterproofing agent. A mixture consisting of the first and second anti-mold agents and starch is applied on a surface of the gypsum board paper, which surface is out of contact with the gypsum core. The first anti-mold agent is 2-(4-thiazolyl)-benzimidazole (TBZ) or 2-benzimidazol carbamic acid methyl ester (BCM), and the second anti-mold agent is 3-iodo-2-propyl butyl carbamate (IPBC). The total amount of the first and second anti-mold agents contained in the gypsum core is 0.03% to 0.2% of gypsum forming the gypsum core on an active ingredient basis, and the additive amount of the waterproofing agent is 0.3% to 1.5% of the gypsum forming the gypsum core.

摘要： A fluidized-bed-type apparatus and method for treating gypsum, which activates or improves fluidity of gypsum powder to promote an effect of treatment of gypsum, such as modification or homogenization of the gypsum powder. The apparatus for treating gypsum includes a reactor vessel, a conditioned air supply port, a horizontal partition wall and a plurality of stationary vanes. The wall allows a conditioned air flow to flow upward into a reaction region. The vanes are arranged at an angular interval in a circumferential direction. A fluidized bed of calcined gypsum is provided in the vessel. The vane deflects the conditioned air flow flowing upward into the reaction region, toward a radially outward and circumferential direction of the reaction region. The calcined gypsum makes a saltational fluid motion or saltational movement in the vessel with the air flow.
