The sleep bar system including a sleep bar located near a bed including at least one occupant, and having an inlet and a discharge outlet for providing treated fluid to the at least one occupant and being in communication with an AC unit, a humidifier and a heater. A plurality of sensors are provided, including an infrared sensor and a sleep sensor. A controller of a control panel or cloud data exchange and processor processes data from the sensors to optimize the sleep experience of the occupant or occupants. The sleep bar can separately optimize the sleep experience for each individual occupant of the bed.
