摘要： A dumbbell system (10) is provided including a base weight member (12) having a ring-shaped body (14) and a handle (18) extending across and opening (16) in the ring-shaped body (14). A plurality of weight rings (20, 22, 24) are adapted to be removably mounted to the base weight member (12) in order to provide a compact dumbbell system which has the capability of providing several weight increments in a compact assembly. The dumbbell system (10) is ideal for use in areas where space is limited. The dumbbell (10) also provides for a unique balanced mass arrangement which alleviates undesired stresses on a user's wrist.

摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure involve an attachment system that combines a fitness mat to another fitness related accessory. The accessory attachment attaches to a fitness mat but is not limited to such attachment. The fitness accessory attachment may include an apparatus with internal weights. The fitness accessory may have detachable and adjustable handles with a removably adjustable and slidable attachment mechanism. The provided handle caps can be removed for various reasons such as using connecting pieces or adding weight to the interior of the handles. Fitness bands or any training tools available can run through the fitness accessory apparatus' core and connect to the attachment mechanism provided on the handles for training use. This system also provides compaction for travel and ease of portability.

摘要： Platform blocks for use in exercising applications are provided. A platform block generally includes a body having a top surface and a bottom surface, and defining a length and a width. The block also includes a plurality of protrusions extending upwards from the top surface of the body along opposing edge portions of the top surface of the body, and openings defined in the bottom surface of the body and arranged in multiple rows. Each opening has a width dimension. The openings in two adjacent rows of the multiple rows of openings in the bottom surface of the body each have a width dimension that is greater than the width dimension of the other openings defined in the bottom surface of the body. As such, the platform block may be used in stacking arrangements with other platform blocks having different sizes.

During operation, a user moves the device through a regimen of individualized movements, and the fluid weight moves and shifts inside the device, creating a instability at a point of resistance. The device comprises D-shaped handles with finger grooves adapted for maneuverability. The handles also may be filled with fluid to increase the weight and adaptability of the device across multiple activities and physical regimens. Measuring scales are provided on the device to measure the amount of fluid added to or removed from the device. The device may be transparent or translucent, and the fluid weight may be tinted to aid in visibility.
