    • Universal Recycling Disposal Machine designed to recycle and dispose almost all daily Municipal Solid Wastes (MSW) that generated by homes, offices and public places which refer to trash/rubbish. Machine will maximize the delivery (Direct Delivery) of the clean materials (Recycled Materials) to re-production plants and minimize or eliminate the volume/weight of MSW which should be delivered to landfill. The main concept was to design a machine that can be fixed within every kitchen cabinet or kitchen area and to be used as a home appliance (Dimensions of machine are match with standard kitchen cabinet). Machine designed in a way to minimize the sound & dust pollution during recycling and disposal processes. All items after recycling will be washed and rinsed before storing in plastic bins. During disposal process, big particles of disposed items will be filtered to avoid drainage blockage and all FOG will be removed from water.

    • Discloses transportable liquid clarifying and screw conveyor/compactor liquid-solid separator apparatus which includes a pressureable clarifier vessel portably mounted on a base with a top and sides converging to the bottom of the vessel for attachment to a sludge disposal apparatus. A sludge inlet enters the top of the vessel and extends to near the bottom of the vessel. An effluent discharge flow control valve is connected through a conduit in the top of the vessel to provide a designated back pressure within the vessel while controlling the discharge flow of effluent liquid from the vessel. The sludge disposal apparatus includes an elongated screw conveyor/compactor mounted at an angle and extending upwardly from the vessel bottom. The compactor housing is tapered to compact the sludge as the screw conveyor carries the sludge to a liquid extraction section. The liquid extraction section has a screen tapered to further compact the slurry while extracting liquid being forced out of the slurry. The liquid extractor section is formed of a tapered screw rotatable within a tapered screen body formed of longitudinally extending, circumferentially spaced apart ribs or bars with the circumferential spacing being the screen openings.

    • Method for supplying fuel material to a gasification reactor into which a mixture of finely powdered fuel material, in suspension in a liquid phase, is charged inside a pressurized combustion chamber into which the combustion-supporting gas is injected and constituting the reactor, by means of a screw conveyor producing a continuously fluid-tight plug by compression of the driven material. By intermeshing at least two overlapping screws with identical threads rotated in the same direction, a wringing of the mixture introduced through an input orifice is compressed by regulating the flow rate of the mixture supply and the rotary speed of the screws so that, for a given flow rate of material, the plug constituted in a braking zone is at a given pressure and contains a certain proportion of liquid phase. The additional amount of liquid phase is expelled into the braking zone and reascends upstream into a drive zone where it is removed through orifices formed in filtering parts of a sleeve.

    • Method for treating a food product of vegetable origin (100), in particular a fruit, comprises the steps of pushing, by means of a pushing device, the food product of vegetable origin within a treatment cavity. It is, furthermore, provided a rotation of the rotor (30) within the stator (20) about a rotation axis (35). In particular, the combination of the rotation and of the pushing that are carried out by the machines produce a partially crushing of the food product of vegetable origin within the treatment cavity.

The second compressor stage is a reciprocating compressor. The reciprocating compressor operates co-axially with, and receives its feed from, the screw compressor. The compressor establishes feedstock plug in a discharge pipe. A choke cone maintains pressure in the plug. The choke cone is actively controlled in response to operation of the compressor. The discharge from the compressor has a cooling jacket, and includes an expanding taper. The reciprocating compressor, the screw compressor, and the choke cone are all adjustable in real time to control the compression of the feedstock according to a pre-programmed schedule that need not have equal compression and retraction strokes. The operation of the screw compressor may be advanced or eased off depending on the motion of the reciprocating compressor.
