    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooking vessel capable on which a picture in more than one colour can be printed, and to a jig for a printing device used in the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method for manufacturing a cooking vessel such that a picture of two or more colours can easily be printed thereon, and that cooking vessels of various colours can be easily manufactured; and to a jig for a printing device used in the method. The method of manufacturing a cooking vessel comprises the steps of: making a metal disc by machining and thereby giving a disc shape to a metal plate which is a base for a cooking vessel; coating a heat-resistant paint onto the portion of the metal disc which defines the outside of the cooking vessel, and coating Teflon onto the portion thereof which defines the inside, and then drying; introducing the metal disc, onto which the heat-resistant paint and the Teflon have been coated, into a printer, and further printing the metal disc with colour and a picture on a film which has been pre-provided in the printer, set in such a way as to print onto the heat-resistant paint portion; and, in cases where a picture of two or more colours is to be printed onto the metal disc, fixing the picture onto the metal disc by taking the picture out and carrying out a heat treatment in a heat-treatment oven; and if the picture is stuck on the metal disc in the heat-treatment process, transferring the picture in a pressing process, and then forming the cooking vessel in a drawing process. Because, during the manufacture of the cooking vessel, the picture of two or more colours is simultaneously printed onto the metal disc and subjected to a heat treatment and then the cooking vessel is produced by a drawing process using a press, the cooking vessel is economically advantageous in that the manufacture process thereof is straightforward and that the production costs are reduced. The cooling vessel is also advantageous in that consumers can have a bigger choice of cooking vessels because a diversity of cooking vessels printed with various colours and elaborate pictures are available, and that international competitiveness thereof can be increased since cooking vessels of outstanding quality can be provided at a low price.
