摘要： The present invention provides apparatus, systems and methods in which a pulse heater is used to apply dyes to a receiver in a rotary heating processing equipment. The pulse heater is first applied to a belt and is then removed from the belt, creating a dissipating heat. A sandwiched receiver comprising of two dyed donor papers is then subjected to the dissipating heat off the belt and also subjected to a constant heat generated from a drum to cause a phase change of the dyes within the donor papers to phase change from a solid to a gas, so the receiver can absorb and capture the phase changed dyes for a more saturated and brilliant finish.

摘要： PURPOSE: A method for printing and fixing patterns on both sides of a foamed sheet made of synthetic resin is provided which has good productivity and can be applied variously as needed, and additionally has an advantage that a printed matter prepared by the method is hardly peeled off. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the following steps: a step of printing patterns on one side of a foamed sheet (1) made of synthetic resin such as polystyrene resin and polyethylene resin, by passing the sheet through a printing part equipped with a printing roller (5), a bowl for printing ink (2), printing ink (3), a roller for supply of printing ink (4) and a supporting roller (7); a step of drying the patterned sheet, by passing the sheet through a drying part equipped with blowers (8) and (8a); a step of coating the dried sheet and fixing the patterns printed on the sheet, by passing the sheet through a coating part consisting of dropping a clear synthetic resin solution (9) on the sheet and compressing the synthetic resin-coated sheet with a cooling roller (c); a step of converting the sheet, by passing the sheet through a converting part; and a step of printing patterns on the other side of the sheet using the same method as the above and drying, coating and fixing the patterned sheet using the same method as the above, wherein the sheet is transported by means of several guide rollers through the whole processes.

摘要： A printable recording media including a composite base substrate that contains, at least, two constituent material layers that are laminated together with a flame resistant adhesion layer containing an adhesive compound and up to 50% of a flame retardant agent by total weight of the flame resistant adhesion layer, wherein, at least, one of the constituent material layer is a fiber layer; and an image receiving layer that is coated on one side of the composite supporting substrate. Also disclosed are the method for making such printable recording media and the method for producing printed images on such printable recording media.
