摘要： The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing wrapped bales. Bales (3) is in a first wrappingstage moved past wrapping means (6) while said wrapping means (6) provided with dispenser means (4) are rotated around said bale (3) along a circular path in a first plane of rotation. In a further optional second stage of wrapping said bale (3) is rotated by rotating means in a second plane of rotation substantially normal to said first plane of rotation. Between said stages the surface of the wrapping material web is turned about 90° such that said surface of said web is always substantially normal to said planes of rotation in both stages. The first wrapping stage includes using of a tunnel means (9), which makes it possible to produce both unbound wrapped bales and bound wrapped bales.

摘要： High-compression balers and methods for forming bales are disclosed. An exemplary baler (10) comprises a baling chamber (26) configured to receive the material. The baling chamber is formed by a pair of end plates (30a, 30b) defining the longitudinal ends of the baling chamber, and a driven endless belt (28) guided by a plurality of rollers (36, 37, 40, 44, 50). The endless belt defines a periphery of the baling chamber. An exemplary method comprises providing an endless belt around at least a driven roller (40) and a tilt roller pair (36, 37), receiving the material in a baling chamber (26) through a throat (24) formed between the driven roller (40) and the tilt roller pair (36, 37), increasing the pressure applied by the endless belt (28) to the material, and securing the material in the baling chamber with netting (60) to form the bales (20).

Unsuitable plant parts such as dust, foreign matters and the like may be separated after harvesting from the useful plant parts before the latter are pressed to bales and wraped by a sheet.

摘要： A device for covering bales of unpacted fiber materials includes a winding device, which has spaced apart substantially parallel first and second rolls of bale covering material, on which a single covering material is wound such that the material extends between the two rolls of material. A bale of the fibrous material is formed on a support which, in one embodiment, comprises a carriage so that there is a relative movement between the bale support and the winding device, so as to cause the support with the bale to move through the plane of the covering material, thus, cause the material to wrap around the adjacent end and the sides, and up to the front end which is opposite the adjacent end. Covering material ends, which are arrived at the front of the bale are directed to a clamping device so that they are closed in the front of the bale. A closing is also advantageously effected by welding the ends together at the bale, thus, close the covering over the bale and to also sever the ends of the covering material away from the bale and to weld these ends together, so that the covering material may be used again. The invention also includes means for feeding both a top lid covering, and a bottom covering so that these coverings are directed against the bale as it is being compacted thereafter enclosed with the side covering material. A device for cutting the covering material as well as for welding it, and for welding together the severed ends of the covering material functions to effect one or more of these operations in accordance with the plant arrangement.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for the packaging of fibrous material, such as staple fibers or tow ribbons, in bales of high density by multi-stage compression and wrapping with two-dimensional packaging material and reinforcing bands. It further relates to equipment suitable for this process. The material to be packaged is first placed in transportable press containers and pressed, transported in these containers to a central press, and then subjected to a main pressing step. The packaging and reinforcing of the bales produced are carried out in the central press which can be performed automatically if desired. By this invention it is possible to combine three or more laying-down and first-stage press devices, which may be supplied from different fiber lines, with a main press.
