    • PURPOSE: A novel benzindocyanine compound and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure high stability and easy storage. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a novel benaindocyanine compound of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 4 with a compound of chemical formula 5 or 7 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 6a; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 6a with a compound of chemical formula 8 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 9; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 9 with a compound of chemical formula 6b to obtain a compound of chemical formula 10; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 10 with 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazoel or N,N-disuccinimidylcarbonate to obtain a compound of chemical formula 11a or 11b; and a step of reaction the compound of chemical formula 11a or 11b with a compound of chemical formula 12 under the presence of Hunig base.
    • 目的:提供新的苯并吲哚菁化合物及其制备方法,以确保高稳定性和易于储存。 构成:制备化学式1的新型贝恩染色化合物的方法包括:使化学式4的化合物与化学式5或7的化合物反应的步骤,得到化学式6a的化合物; 使化学式6a的化合物与化学式8的化合物反应,得到化学式9的化合物的工序; 使化学式9的化合物与化学式6b的化合物反应,得到化学式10的化合物的工序; 使化学式10化合物与1,1'-羰基二咪唑啉或N,N-二琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯反应,得到化学式11a或11b化合物的步骤; 以及在Hunig碱存在下使化学式11a或11b的化合物与化学式12的化合物反应的步骤。
