摘要： A lock for a door to a room comprising an interior handle disposed on an interior surface of the door, the interior handle having a lock control, the lock control operable between a first position and a second position and an exterior handle disposed on an exterior surface of the door. The lock includes a visual lock indicator on a portion of the interior or exterior handle. The lock control is operable between a first position and a second position. The lock includes a lock body disposed between the interior handle and the exterior handle, the lock body operable by the lock control from the first position wherein the exterior handle allows the door to open to the second position wherein the exterior door handle is prevented from opening the door. The visual lock indicator is in an off condition when the lock control is in the first position and the visual lock indicator is in an on condition when the lock control in the second position, the visual lock indicator indicating that the room is occupied and secured.

摘要： The restroom stall occupancy indicator system includes a latch coupled to a stall door and movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. A sensor is responsive to selected positioning of the latch and communications the position information to a transmitter. The transmitter then relays the position information to a receiver coupled to an indicator. The indicator, in turn, is responsive to the received position information to provide a first visual identification when the latch is in the unlocked position and a second visual identification when the latch is in the locked position.

摘要： An improved apparatus for a door latch, which enables the user to open the door with a simple pull or push (force) on the door handle, has a door handle, which is removably connected to an actuator, which translates this force to disengage a bolt from the strike plate in the door frame. The bolt has an angled actuator engagement area (AES), which engages a bushing or sliding area on the actuator, such that when said force is applied the actuator, said bushing or sliding area is able to translate said force along the AES and move the bolt from a first position to a second position and to disengage the bolt from the strike plate and to allow the door to be opened. There is also at least one actuator support structure with at least one roller bearing and a roller bearing pin.

摘要： A molded plastic skid base for a resin building is formed with all of its openings facing downward and with runners integral with a deck that forms a floor of the base. Replaceable wear plates cover the bottoms of the runners and have truck loading notches molded at their ends and a longitudinal channel in which fastener heads are positioned. Stake down slots are provided in the ends of the runners and wear plates in a diagonal orientation so as to be aligned toward the center of the building, below the base. The floor of the base is a grid formed of diagonally oriented ribs, at least some of which may be shorter in their center than at their ends, is crowned in the center and has openings which taper upwardly. A solid sheet may be placed over the grid to close it. Bosses for receiving the wear plate mounting fasteners are positioned at the same locations along the sides of the base as the fastener mounting locations for attaching the building side walls to the base, to provide a greater thickness of material at those locations for the building sidewall fasteners to penetrate. Edges of a septic tank opening formed in the base are slanted downwardly and rear corners of the opening are triangular in shape. Downwardly opening openings are also formed in the base into which weights and weight covers may be fixed.

摘要： A lock structure for bathroom use comprises an outer rose, an inner rose, an outer unlatching mechanism mounted to the outer rose, and an inner unlatching mechanism mounted to the inner rose. The inner unlatching mechanism includes a turnable inner unlatching rod on which a locking wheel is mounted to turn therewith. The locking wheel includes an engaging block for selectively engaging with a first engaging notch and a second engaging notch in a fixing member securely mounted in the inner rose. When the engaging block is engaged in the second engaging notch of the fixing member, the locking wheel is engaged in a notch of a follower wheel mounted on an inner spindle. The follower wheel can be turned when the inner handle is turned such that rotation of the follower wheel returns the locking wheel, thereby achieving the unlatching operation.
