摘要： The present invention is intended to provide a manufacturing method of a protective cover having a sensor holder part that has high adhesion strength between a metallic component (1A) and a plastic component and maintains high reliability over a long period of time.
The manufacturing method includes: a step of applying a thermoset resin adhesive to a surface of a metallic component (1A) including a joining surface relative to a plastic component; a drying and solidification step of evaporating a solvent contained in the adhesive under a temperature condition at a temperature lower than a temperature at which the adhesive starts a cross-linking reaction; and an injection molding step of placing the metallic component (1A) as an insert between dies (18) and (19) and injecting a molten plastic material from a gate (20) into the cavity.

摘要： A seal ring including filters is mounted to a rolling bearing. The filters are mounted to the seal ring so as to be less likely to separate from the seal ring. The seal ring maintains high sealability. The bearing includes rolling elements (13) disposed between an outer race (11) and an inner race (12). The seal ring (20) is made of a resin or a metal and covers an end opening of the bearing space defined between the outer race (11) and the inner race (12). The filters (23) are detachably fitted in oil flow holes (22) formed in the seal ring (20). The filters (23) catch foreign matter contained in lubricating oil. The seal ring (20) is engaged by one of the outer race (11) and the inner race (12). An annular member (40) made of a material softer than the seal ring (20) is fixed to the seal ring (20). The annular member (40) serves as a lip (41) facing the other of the inner and outer races with a gap left therebetween, or in abutment with the other of the inner and outer races.
