The upper face of a bush 3 is in contact with the lower part of the upper face of the cover 1, and the bush 3 can rotate in the horizontal direction by a handle 10, and expands and contracts in the vertical direction by a handle 11. An opening part 14 in the horizontal direction and an opening part in the vertical direction exist on the side face of the cover 1. The cover 1 and the vessel 2 slide with each other only in the vertical direction through a groove 13 of the vessel, and on the other hand, the upper part of the bush and the lower part of the bush are interlocked and rotated in the horizontal direction.
