The first frequency divider circuit selects one edge among a plurality of edges of the reference clock signal applied for one cycle of the first division signal in response to the selection signal. The first division circuit synchronizes and generates the first division signal based on the selected edge. A second frequency divider circuit(320) receives and divides an output clock signal with the division rate and outputs the second division signal. The second frequency divider circuit selects one edge among the plurality of edges of the reference clock signal applied for one cycle of the second division signal in response to the selection signal. The second frequency divider circuit synchronizes and generates the second division signal based on the selected edge.
