    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form an ultra-elastic flange capable of taking great elastic spring deformation which is not taken in conventional technologies, while saving a ground occupancy area around a shield case.
      SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield case 2 is disposed to cover an electronic component 6 on a circuit board 1 and prevents electromagnetic waves from being leaked to the outside of the shield case 2, by elastically deforming and grounding a flange 7 integrated with the shield case in a ground conduction portion 3 on the board 1. The flange 7 is manufactured integrally with the shield case 2 using metallic glass. By manufacturing the flange using the metallic glass, deformation caused by a viscosity flow for the unit of an atom different from plastic deformation can be utilized, thereby molding the flange 7 which improves dimensional accuracy, without spring-back.
