摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a specific printing head from being used only in frequency and to eliminate the necessity of frequent replenishment of ink to a specific printing head or frequent replacement of ink tank by a method wherein printing is made with a plurality of printing heads in the same color used alternately for color printing. SOLUTION: On executing color printing, when printing in black for the first page is performed with a printing head 1d, printing in black for the second page is performed with a printing head 1e. On the other hand, when printing in black for the first page is performed with the printing head 1e, printing in black for the second page is performed with the printing head 1d. Printing is performed likewise for the third page and the following pages and with the above-mentioned operations repeated, printing in black for color printing is performed, using the printing head 1d and the printing head 1e alternately. The printing heads for printing in black may be used alternately for line by line, instead of page by page.

As a result, it is possible to reduce the number of processes, thereby reducing the cost of an ink jet head. It is no need to use an exima-laser device and to enhance the cutting accuracy of a dicing saw, thereby reducing the cost of the ink jet head.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lowering of the good quality ratio of an ink jet head by stabilizing the jet speed of ink droplets by adjusting the deformation force of an electromechanical converter to adjust the jet speed of ink droplets. SOLUTION: A vibration plate is provided to the upper part of each ink pressure chamber of an ink jet head 1 and a piezoelectric element 7 is fixed to the vibration plate. Polarizing treatment is performed before the piezoelectric element 7 is fixed. When the head 1 is driven, the vibration plate 13 is deformed by the piezoelectric element 7 and the ink of the ink pressure chamber 2 is jetted from an orifice 3. The jet speed of ink is measured and polarization adjusting voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 so that the jet speed becomes a proper value to adjust the polarization of the piezoelectric element 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a demagnetization coil from becoming corroded due to epoxy resin loaded in a head frame by providing a resistor or a Zener diode on an earth circuit running from a printing head frame to a main device system. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 14 for lowering a potential difference between a demagnetization coil 7 and a head frame 12 during printing, is provided in an earth circuit which is electrically connected between the head frame 12 consisting of a second yoke 4, a permanent magnet 3 and a third yoke 9 which are formed integrally and a main device system FG retaining the head frame 12. Consequently, the potential difference between a demagnetization coil 7 and the head frame 12 during printing is lowered compared to that before the resistor 14 is inserted, so that an anion such as COOH or Cl which constitutes an epoxy resin is hardly attracted by the demagnetization coil 7. Thus it is possible to prevent the demagnetization coil 7 from becoming electrically corroded significantly. Further, the demagnetization coil 7 can be protected markedly against an electric corrosion, if a Zener diode is installed on an earth circuit 16.
