摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an elevator cage which does not occur gap between an upper floor and side plates, can reduce the weight thereof, and the cost of the entire elevator by coating the surface of the floor of metal plate making contact with the side plates with rubber tiles. CONSTITUTION:In an elevator cage in which side plates 2 for surrounding the environments are stood on the floor 1 of metal plate with the top coated by a ceiling plate 3, the floor 1 is sequentially arranged with fire-proof steel plate 5, floor lining 6, and floor 7 on the floor frame 4, and rubber tile upper floors 7' arranged to aliminate the gap between the side plates 2 at the corner and the upper floor 7. Thus, it can prevent the gap between the upper floor 7 and the side plates 2 to thereby eliminate dusts filled in the gap so as to reduce the entire weight of the cage.
