摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the subject compound in a high yield and in a high purity by catalytically reducing nitroacetophenone oxime readily producible from nitroacetophenone as a raw material in the presence of a reducing catalyst under CO2. CONSTITUTION:Nitroacetophenone oxime of formula I (nitro group is o-position, m-position or p-position) is catalytically reduced in the presence of carbon dioxide in an organic solvent to obtain alpha-(aminophenyl)ethylamine of formula II. In the reaction the product can be obtained as the carbonate salt of alpha-(aminophenyl)ethylamine in a stable form, because the carbon dioxide turns into carbonic acid in the presence of water. Various intermediates such as amines or imines produced in the reduction reaction are stabilized as carbonate salts only by introducing the carbon dioxide into the reaction system, whereby the decompositions of the products and side reactions are suppressed. alpha-(Aminophenyl)ethylamine is useful as a curing agent for epoxy resins, polyurethane resins or polyurea resins, as a raw material for polyamides or polyimides, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE: To coprecipitate three kinds of metal compounds and to produce the catalyst having an excellent characteristic by adding a basic precipitating agent to a Ni-Al-Zr mixed salt aq. soln. in stoichiometric excess at a specified temp. to subject the metal compounds to precipitation deposition on a carrier. CONSTITUTION: The free acid such as nitric acid is added in excess to the mixed salt aq. soln. in which 10-100 g/L Ni, 1-30 pts.wt. Al and 0.5-20 pts.wt. Zr per 100 pts.wt. Ni are incorporated so that H :Zr may be equal to or more than (2-40):1. Then the precipitating agent such as an alkali carbonate aq. soln. is added to the mixed salt aq. soln. in 5-100% stoichiometric excess to an amount required for precipitation of Ni, Al and Zr to subject simultaneously nickel, aluminum oxide and zirconium dioxide to the precipitation deposition on the carrier at 60-120 deg.C and pH 7-10. The catalyst obtained by this way has an extremely high stability.

PREPARATION:Quinaldic acid shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III in the presence of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole by the use of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, to give a compound shown by the formula I.
