摘要：本发明涉及一种利用通入内部的涡流来改善环锭细纱质量的装置，该装置由一个圆形纱道和三个与之相切的圆形气道组成，被称作涡流三喷嘴。涡流三喷嘴具有结构简单、操作方便、加工成本低廉的优点，它可以直接安装在传统环锭细纱机的前罗拉和导纱钩之间，使用时从气道通入气流，气流将在纱道内呈螺旋状运动，并且三喷嘴的设计保证了纱道内的气流场更加稳定和均匀，从而对纱线上的毛羽形成较好的折叠、弯曲并包缠进纱体的作用，因此，有效降低了纱线表面长毛羽的数量，同时对纱线其他性能有了一定改善。

摘要： The present invention is directed to a nonwoven fabric made from a composite of nonwoven and pulp where the nonwoven has a high loft derived from a heat set three-dimensional relief structure and/or hydroengorged fiber structure. A non-woven web is hydraulically treated to create a hydroengorged material having an increased loft. Alternatively a nonwoven web is treated to have a heat set three-dimensional relief structure. The treated web is then hydroentangled with pulp to form a cotendered nonwoven/pulp composite fabric.
