    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the turn supporting mechanism of a waterproof door in a new waterproof door device which can obtain high waterproof performance and dispenses with provision of an auxiliary rising/falling plate. SOLUTION: This waterproof door device is provided with a waterproof door 1 rotationally supported with a rotationnally movement supporting mechanism. A pivotal link 41 always turning in one direction around the fixed pivot 41b is provided so that at falling of the waterproof door 1, the movable pivot 41a is positioned lower than the fixed pivot 41b, and during rising-up operation, the movable pivot 41a gets away from a side wall part 3a till a fixed rising-up position of the waterproof door 1, thereafter it approaches the side wall part 3a, and an oscillating link 42 turning around a fixed pivot 42b in one direction, so that at falling of the waterproof door 1 the movable pivot 42a is positioned upper that the fixed pivot 42b, and during rising-up operation, the movable pivot 42a gets away from the side wall part 3a, and thereafter turning in the reverse direction so that it approaches the side wall part 3a, is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which can be installed, with a simple and quick mounting work, to an overhead door opened by pulling up the lower part of the door to this side from the closed state, and capable of being housed on the top plate of a door mounting body, and has door close holding function, door open supporting function and door close braking function to improve safety. SOLUTION: A mounting case 3 is mounted on the side plate inner wall 1j of a door mounting body 1a, and a rotating arm pivotally fixed thereto by an arm shaft 7a is pivotally fixed to the washer 8 of a door 1e. In door closing, a spring holding traveling body 5 within the mounting case 3 is moved down by a compression spring 4, whereby a rotating force in an arrowed direction R1 is energized to the rotating arm 7 by a shaft pin 6 a through a link arm 6 pivotally fixed by the shaft pin 6a to hold the door closed state. When the door 1e is opened, the shaft pin 6a is transferred to the left side of the axially vertical line L, the rotating arm 7 receives a rotating force in the anti- arrowed direction R2 by the compression spring 4 to support the door opening operation, and in door closing, the braking force is worked to ensure a gentle closing motion.
